You’ve built something. A career, a business, a life of your own. And somewhere along the way you noticed how rare it is to sit with women who truly understand that.
Power & Presence is a society for ambitious women. We host two kinds of evenings: intimate dinners around one table, and larger receptions over drinks. Always in extraordinary rooms.
Conversation moves easily between business and life. Nobody needs to perform. You leave with new connections, and often, new friends.
There are no open tickets. Every seat is held for a woman we have welcomed personally.

Bold. Beautiful. Intelligent. Driven. Kind. You don’t have to choose.
By invitation only.

Who did this
Aarti Gayadin & Dayla Koning
We were both looking for the same kind of company. Women who are ambitious, who keep developing themselves, who have built their own lives and want to share them with others.
Dayla is a business strategist specialising in hospitality, operations and events. Aarti is an entrepreneur, speaker and host with a background in marketing and communications. We joined forces to create the room we were missing: Power & Presence.
Through our receptions and dinners, we bring those women together. Not only to talk about what they do, but to get to know who they are. For business, for life, and for the friendships that begin when you recognise something of yourself in someone else.
